Imperial restaurant is the first restaurant in
Vietnam

four-side- show kitchen. The restaurant serves
European, Asian dishes and those from the 3
regions of Vietnam , specializing in the real
cuisine of Hue 's royalty of the past. 3 special
rooms are reserved for guests in need of a
private, cordial and fine atmosphere.
- Yoshihara
Restaurant with a capacity of 80 seats. The
interior of the restaurant has been designed and
constructed under the direction of Japanese
architect and offer service in the manner of the
Japanese and materials and flavours imported
from Japan . All dishes are prepared by renowned
Japanese national cooks.
- Banquet Hall with
a capacity of 350 seats, with the unique,
elegant and luxurious decoration. Banquet Hall
is a specified restaurant catering for deluxe
